We called Agility Van Lines a week before Christmas to move furniture from Florida to Maryland. We worked with Arthur to schedule the time, and the actual packing and moving were done by Ian and Marc. They were on time, professional, efficient, and Ian and Marc unpacked the furniture in Maryland on the day before Christmas. They were extremely pleasant to work with, the furniture arrived in pristine condition, they unpacked and assembled it all, and took all the stress out of the move. I just want to say that I'm pretty impressed. I was skeptical going into this based on past moving experiences. But this move was fast and smooth. I did all of the packing. Jean (Billy Jean. But not "Michael Jackson) had a crew meet him and help to load the truck at pickup Thursday morning. Another crew met up 600 miles away at drop off. It's now Saturday at 100pm and they have been done for at least an hour. Jean, Ontario and Marcus killed it on drop off and setup. Jean, Marc and Ontario's brother loaded at pickup. Every single one of these gentlemen were polite, professional and hard workers. Agility not only beat the prices of the others, but service experiences I have had in the past.

Thanks to billy jean. Nathanial and lucas. For the great job they did packing up for my move . They worked steadily with cheerful attitudes and loaded what seemed like a billion boxes into the truck. After labeling each boxThey also loaded an antique standing grsnd piano. Working together they figured how to do move this 800 pound monster down two steps onto the lift a very impressive feat! I missed them for the trip to Fla but their replacements. Isaak and Juan did a great job bringing everything into the house, they set up all heavy furniture and carpets they called in a third man to help with the piano to be safe, they all show wonderful attitudes and were eager to keep me happy . I was very impressed with all 6 workers!

Alex and Cedric did an AMAZING job moving us from Augusta to Baltimore!!! They helped us box up items that were loose (this did cost a little extra but was worth the expense). They skillfully maneuvered oversized items into our brownstone and were patient as we directed where our totes should go. Nathaniel, Billy Jean, and Lucas picked up our stuff and dropped it off and were wonderful movers. The stairs to the building were really tight but they did everything without complaining, they went above and beyond moving furniture to our hearts desire, and they were able to safely pull into a very tight alleyway with their truck. The only downside is that the truck is shared so it can take several days for your stuff to arrive but I'd definitely do it again. They're an honest company, which can be difficult to find in this industry.

Appreciated how communicative they were, how polite and helpful (they wouldn’t let me lift a box) and how easygoing they were when boxes had to be moved from the garage to basement. No crushed boxes or damaged furniture. Slight damage to our screen door during the process of getting some large furniture items in the house, but they were very straightforward and pointed it out to my attention immediately. This company is one of the best we ever hired. The people at every level were kind, supportive and knowledgeable. We ended up requiring an entire truck to move from MA to FL. Everything was explained up front. No fine print or surprises. The move was completed on time and no hidden charges. But what happened after the move will tell you everything you need to know about this company. They found some cash that we had hidden and forgot. It had fallen out of a piece of furniture. We have moved 10 times in the last 25 years. We’ve had some good experiences, but most of them have been way below average. And a few absolutely terrible. We had a great experience with Agility Van Lines. Our movers,Gayle and his crew, were pleasant and handled my belongings with care. I was especially worried about a twin bed set that we have that has a mechanical component, so they had to take some of it apart. I was hopefully optimistic that everything would work the way it did when reassembled, and it did. We will be moving again in four years for the last time and we will definitely use them again.

I had a very good experience with a long distance move using Agility Van Lines. Shane and Denise were very accessible and there were no surprise charges. The only area for improvement was communication about the timing of pickup and delivery, as there were significant delays with the estimated times and when the team arrived. But most importantly, the moving crew of Richard, Jafari and Trevor were extremely professional, efficient and took great care with all of my belongings!
